I have an old stone house which needed some renovation to bring in more light and address some ongoing issues. I invited G Tech Construction, among others, to quote and offer suggestions for the work. I found Gerry at the quotation stage to be attentive, alert to what was needed and thorough in his assessment of what would be required. He promptly provided me with a quotation and was available for subsequent revisions.

Once we had agreed to proceed Gerry was clear as to his availability and always  arrived on site on time as agreed. I found him to be very clean in his work, thorough, and meticulous in his planning and executing of what was next needed. When problems arose it was easy to discuss them with him and he offered suggestions and resolutions which have turned out to be very beneficial.  I felt confident at all times that the work was in good hands and that I and my home were being treated with respect. When other workers were in Gerry was on hand to oversee the work and liase with all parties concerned.

I am delighted with the final result. In spite of some difficulties which old houses can only reveal once the work has begun, G Tech Construction  completed the work professionally, personably,  promptly and on time. It was a pleasure to work with Gerry and I would have no hesitation in recommending his work  and G Tech Construction to others.
